Guangzhou's AI canteens have launched their latest high-tech dining service, which involves an AI cook named "He Xiaowu" (a box designed for lunch) making a steaming lunch for diners shortly after they place their order on WeChat's mini program.
He Xiaowu, both a chef and waiter, is versatile but very small. It only takes up 2.5 square meters, yet it can simultaneously cook at least 36 different dishes and provide up to 200 hot meals during peak times. In addition to automatic cooking and intelligent control, it also enables batch delivery without generating kitchen fumes.
With the help of AI cooking machines, intelligent mobile micro canteens can be widely popularized, cutting the input cost of canteen construction by 50-60 percent, and the comprehensive operation cost of canteen by 40-80 percent for small and micro enterprises.
The intelligent mobile micro canteen has been issued an operating license by Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province. In the future, in addition to enterprises, the application scenarios of the canteens can also be extended to schools, hospitals, bus stations etc.
