COVID-19 patients who are discharged from hospital after recovery, and released from medical observation, must still carry out self-health monitoring at home.
When discharged from hospital, they must do a full disinfection of belongings, clothing and luggage, and wear a single-use medical mask or medical surgical mask on the way home, while avoiding conversation with others.
After arriving home, they need to put down all belongings, change the coats and shoes, and place all these things on the balcony for ventilating instantly, at the same time wash hands promptly with running water and hand sanitizer or soap.
In accordance with the relevant requirements, seven-day self-health monitoring must be carried out for recovered patients. During this period, they are required to take their temperature twice in the morning and twice in the evening, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the 7th day.
During this quarantine, they should stay at home and keep a certain distance from the people living with them,and in case of fever, cough or other discomforts, report to community workers promptly. In case of medical emergencies, they would be transferred to designated hospitals.
